Che dire, oltre le mie aspettative… nonostante ho scelto di soggiornare con una giornata di pioggia, ho trovato relax e una splendida struttura dintorni a Gressoney. Regna il silenzio!!! Ritornerò sicuramente con la family

We visited Lo Scoiattolo for a week long ski trip. The hotel is wonderful, clean, modern, very comfortable and convenient for guests, and very relaxing. The hotel staff are fantastic, very responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating for guests to stay worry free! We hope to return again!

The property is really beautiful but the services and owner were ridiculous. We booked the deluxe suite (with a sauna, bathtub, amazing Mountain View) but were not given our booked rooms due to double booking by the hotel which was unprofessional and greedy. In compensation we were first offered a junior suite which was a downgrade compared to our original booking as it only had the extra living space but no sauna, no bathtub and a very poor view from the bedroom. We then decided to go for a classic double room instead because of the better view. As there was no possibility of refund, we were offered compensation at dinner. Based on the massive downgrade and suffering on our part, we were only offered a €12 discount at dinner which was vastly lower than the difference in the prices for the two rooms. We had to make a great effort to explain that it was unfair and we deserved better service. Even after this, we were only discounted €26 which was still less than the difference between the prices of the two rooms. In any other hotels or restaurants in case of such a big blunder one would rightfully expect better compensation and humility from the owner accepting their fault and being apologetic about it. When in a different country, we felt that the owner took advantage of our helplessness and was absolutely shameless about the situation. I would recommend avoiding this unprofessional establishment where the owner behaved like such a cheapskate while speaking to us.

Good evening, we renew our apologize for the error and the damage suffered. The room we first offered you was a Junior Suite that has the same view as the Suite or the Classic Plus room where you then decided to spend the night. All rooms have a balcony and the only difference between the Suite and the Junior Suite, as explained, is the sauna. About the reimbursement for the issue suffered we offered different options such as a bottle of wine, free late check-out with SPA access, and then you asked for a discount on dinner which was applied to your bill as agreed (50%off). The difference of the cost between the two rooms reflects the amount deducted. In the end, what I can say is that it’s true we’ve made a mistake but we did everything possible in order to accommodate you in the best way and in the form of reimbursement you’ve asked.Sincerely, Laura

Hotel situato nel piccolo centro. Parcheggio disponibile in struttura sia all'aperto (non moltissimo rispetto alle camere) che coperto. Di per se una buona struttura . Per essere un 4 stelle ci si aspetta almeno 1 bottiglia di acqua free in camera e una scelta migliore per quanto riguarda i cuscini. Sul letto ce ne sono presenti 2 per, peccato siano entrambi identici per durezza e spessore. Consiglierei un confort migliore.
