"Really nice time staying in the family loft. Transport links into tourist areas are very easy. Lack of a reasonable breakfast buffet option is a downside (€18 per person!). At least there is a Stöck about 5 minutes walk up the road for a more reasonable breakfast. It also wasn't clear where bins should be emptied to. But this is a minor gripe."

"Very clean. Sink is outside the bathroom which is very inconvenient for hand washing after using the toilet. Iron is available from reception but reception has very few working hours so it's best to bring your own or ensure you request it on time when reception is open. "

"We were massively surprised at how lovely this property was. Staff were super friendly, the dining area we didn’t use but they have free coffee all day so used it for that which was a super treat bring coffee lovers. Room was massively spacious, clean we actually loved it. Just down the road from the tram into the city centre which we navigated without any issues. There’s nothing bad I can say about the property excellent value for money to stay in the city centre with this spec I feel it would triple your costing! Would definitely use this hotel again if we were to go back to Vienna. Thank you for a super pleasant stay. "

"Staff were really friendly and approachable & helped make my partners birthday special! Hotel is less than 5 minutes walking distance from Vienna central station and also has tram and bus stops right outside so very convenient for a weekend stay! We would definitely stay here again if we were to visit Vienna again! Thank you to all at Mooons. "
