"Our family of four spent a week at Daddy Joe’s Hotel in July. We had a two bedroom unit that had a small kitchen. The appointments are simple and efficient. The air conditioning is ice cold and with a little creativity and a trip to the grocery store, we were able to use kitchen to prepare several meals. While Daddy Joe’s might not qualify as luxurious, the beds are just that— you will experience the very cleanest sheets and the most comfortable beds as any fancy hotel you have been to. The real stars of Daddy Joe’s however, are the people who work there. The personalities and the kindness of the restaurant and hotel staff is why we will be back. They are lead by proprietor Ms. Tiffany Johnson. Tiffany personally checked in on us at least once a day: to hear about our adventures, to make sure we were comfortable, to answer our questions, or just to shoot the breeze. If you are considering an adventure to Eluethera, Daddy Joe’s is this place to stay. "
