Pool was not open. Place smells. Room door hinges were loose so door didn’t close without using force . Place needs to be remodeled. I’d rather sleep in my car than going back there.

It would be appreciated if you had told us during your four day stay and we would have fix it right away. We were there for a week, when we checked in my husband asked if we could be on the 1st floor, the man who checked us in basically told us , that because we didn’t pay more money, we couldn’t, not sure how much more money we needed to pay, but I feel with us being there a week that should have been enough.He wasn’t to friendly. Some of our towels were stained. Definitely will not stay again on our next visit to Greer.
