Hotel did not have my reservation! Please advise how this happened. Hotel gave me a room but did not have my reservation. Will not use travelocity again unless I receive an explanation.

The Alluvian
Posted 26 Nov 2018 on HotelsThe Alluvian is a nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet is included and was good. We ate at the restaurant which was pretty good and went to the spa ( across the street) and the Viking cooking school (also across the street). Besides this hotel and amenities there is nothing much in the area.

Great character and southern charm tucked inside this swanky hotel in the Delta. Can't wait to go back and try the spa and Viking cooking school next time!
