When I checked in, the lady at the front desk when I arrived that evening was super nice and helpful. My room was dirty the sheets was dirty as well as the pillows, asked for a new room and that room had roaches and I left immediately.

Even though we asked for a non smoking room, the room smelled like cigarettes and there were at least 4 cigarettes burns on the bedding

I like the area because it was close to my job. I didn’t like the hotel because they had roaches, and the paint was peeling off the walls and ceiling. The carpet was wet and the staff had excuses, and no answer.

The fire alarm was disconnected and not in the room. Had no choice whether or not room cleaning would be done. Walls are paper thin and could barely sleep because of how loud other people were. The hotel is old grimy and not clean. Was worried about getting broken in to the whole time. The room service lady was banging on our door by 9 am everyday even if we were trying to sleep in. Will not ever stay here again or recommend it
