The location is excellent and the hotel is very trendy and cool. The staff were a hit and miss: the interaction we had with the different staff were either excellent (polite & friendly) or poor (cold & snobby), depending on who we got. It would have been nice if they had gone over the amenities with us during check in. We didnt’ know there was a sushi restaurant on the roof or that the pool was closed or that the lounge was closed on Mondays. All these we figured out on our own. Lastly if you are going to spend over $500/night on a 5 star hotel make sure you know what kind of room you are getting. I thought “superior” meant “nice” but it meant a tiny room next to the elevator on a low level, with a half view of the back of the building. The cleaning staff started work 8 or 9 in the morning and we couldn’t hear every single bang of each door opening & closing. But if you are looking for location, you cannot beat this one.

Even though this hotel is renovated, it’s starting to age quickly.
