They cancelled my colleague's booking day of our arrival, fridge in the room was vibrating loudly, toilet would run unless you lifted the lever back up, front desk staff was MIA repeatedly. Breakfast was decent, rooms are spacious.

I was pleasantries surprised with how clean the room was, there was plenty for my son to do like the pool and the basketball court

Overall a great experience. Great staff. Only issue is that the showers were very weak. It took a long time to take a shower. The force of the water was not good.

No maid service!!!! Bathroom shower disgusting and moldy. Wood furnishings dated. We had to beg for towels each day and beds were never maid. No response from front desk. Please refund
