Okay the customer service was great and friendly but the room was dirty seems to be unclean and roaches crawling on your stuff. Housekeeping needs cleaning skills and the ability to see what needs to be wiped down, Back in the day this same place was called something else and it was better and cheaper. Won't be back. Couldn't get a goodnight sleep because of the noise near by not talking about the traffic either. You can literally hear everything the next room is saying. Cheap inns are the worst because you never know who is going to stay beside you that is noisy and loud. No cups or other amenities, I mean literally have to bring your own stuff, Just was not worth the money I paid. Need a better look inside and outside. Roach infested..

The room and bathroom was dirty, there were roaches. Had a very unpleasant smell & there was no remote for the TV. The whole place made me feel uncomfortable but I needed a place to stay last minute for the night due to car troubles

Only giving 4 stars just in case it helps get things fixed quicker around there. The door to my room was apparently kicked in by police so it was harder to close it and the hook for the latch was non existent. I'm not complaining because I chose to stay there anyway, just trying to hurry the repair process so they don't lose any revenue from not being able to book the room

The room was not clean. I had a roach in my bed, roaches, crawling out the sink very terrible and not clean.
