We did not use the laundry service; we were only here one night. But the stay was perfect and restful, we enjoyed staying and when we are back this way again, we will stay here.

Had 2 rooms. One room the TV didn't work. Maintenance fixed problem but needed 2 remotes! Second room had smoke detector beeping and hanging off mount. Moved to a different room. Shower curtain in room had some type of red spots, not part of curtain.
Breakfast was very good and staff accommodated requests.For my stays in Quality Inns, this was very unusual.

The room was dirty, bed cover had oil stains and caulk in bathroom moldy. Lots of people roaming around parking lot at night. Rooms had outside entry which I didn’t realize and have never liked for safety reasons. Only good thing was check in staff. She was very nice and accommodating when we switched rooms to a different location that was easier when traveling with a dog.

Mediocre at best
Breakfast and check in / check out was fine. Bedding seemed okay except for a few pieces of leaves I found. The bathroom rags were stained and looked pretty rough. Tried not to use those. The door itself didn’t lock except for the safety bar, fine for me but not for some. The flooring had gaps in the planks and it just wasn’t very well cleaned around the based boards or tub. The front lobby has been renovated now it’s time for the rooms…Also pool is gone for those looking for one.

The people I am meeting in the hotel are so amazing! The smiles are so welcoming. I didn't know the rooms come with shampoo, conditioner & lotion! I have been here 4 days and I have yet to want to leave! The Hotel is even attached to a restaurant but they do serve breakfast in lobby!!!!!!I Love It!!!

For the money spent, we definitely could've found much better with comfort inn down the road. This place is a dump and little effort in cleaning. The toilet was disgusting. Only positive thing is the front desk guy was polite, so was the woman when I called to check reservation. Lobby is beautiful, not the rooms and I booked the "King Suite".
