They didn't have my room when I went to check in, tried to give me a cheaper room instead. I told them no, so they cancelled the booking. It's been two weeks and I haven't gotten my refund yet from Expedia because the hotel won't tell them that they cancelled it. I won't use either one of these companies again.

Mr. Kyle,Thank you for your feedback and review. I do recall speaking with you and you staying at the hotel and we offered you a room with 2 beds due to us not having any rooms with king beds. We discounted the stay by 50 dollars for this as well. I understand that you wanted a room with a king bed and we were unable to provide you with one. We upgraded you to one of our premium rooms with 2 queen beds and discounted your stay by 50 dollars. We apologize for your room type not being available at your arrival. Hotel itself is a pretty decent place, it’s clean and kept up with, and a decent price, the area isn’t the greatest but we didn’t have any issues with it
