Old and in need of repair/uodates. Our door did not latch or lock which was not okay for two young girls traveling alone. Light/fan in the bathroom made the worst loud squealing noises. Desk lamp was broken. Carpet was dirty. I’ve stayed at motel 6s nicer than this place.

Desk personnel was great. Building is old and needs alot of repair. Room did not look clean, spiderwebs in corners. Way too expensive (173.00 per night)for what you get. And beds were like laying on a concrete floor !!!

Dirty. Bugs. Gym has been closed for years. Staff is friendly - but they don’t control the spending that needs to be done to repair/maintain it properly. Way too much $$/night given the above.

The facility is old and needs many repairs. I feel sorry for the really nice staff who have to try and appease the customers. Bathrooms need to be gutted and please do not look under the beds....had not been vaccumed for years from the looks of it. Best thing was the Front Desk Clerk that was there when I arrived at 10:45 pm. The card key machine was down so she had to walk me to the room and use the master key to open the door. Otherwise, the bed was very comfortable. Bedding was fresh and towels looked new which is something that a well run hotel will provided. Whoever is over the housekeeping is doi g a great job with the linens. Chose this place because I thought Cleveland MS was up amd coming and taking pride in its town, and you can usually always depend on a Holiday Inn Express, but this Holiday Inn Express did not work out.

Bathtub is filthy and black mold on the bathroom ceiling. I hate giving bad reviews it the place was a it run down and the bathroom was unacceptable.

I stay in hotels about 60 days a year and this is the worst one I have stayed in. The room was filthy. Something that resembled lotion on the bathroom counter, shower curtain rod was broke and I had to zip tie the curtain to take a shower, the tub itself was stained brown, the drain was broke off and there was a used bar of soap in the shower. I’ve never seen anything like it.
