The bathroom sink and tub were dirty. There was a hard white substance in sink and tub was dirty with dirt and rust. Breakfast was scarce.

Staff was very helpful and professional. Very updated hotel. Very good breakfast. Anytime I’m in Mississippi, I will be use this hotel.

The water in the toilet was brownish. There was something on the inside of the toilet bowl; it looked like fecal matter. The wall around the bathtub - the sheetrock and the caulking - looked awful. We stay in your hotels almost exclusively and we were very disappointed in this one.
