Check-in was very frustrating. We had just been through a crisis situation And couldn’t arrive until after 3 AM. The receptionist was doing the “audit” and so couldn’t check us in. We had already paid in advance online, she needed to swipe our credit card and couldn’t do it because the computer was occupied. She did not seem to be able to accommodate us just needing to get into our beds. Also, the toilet was Running and not flushing right. We fixed it ourselves. And the cleaning people came in at about 9:30 AM instead of just waiting until we checked out at 11. The breakfast was mediocre at best.

My room wasn't cleaned properly. Found hair around the bathroom floor

We booked a room for 2 nights with two queen beds. We arrived and Piper at the front desk checked us in and walked us through everything. When we got go the room, it wasn’t 2 queens, but a king only. We went back downstairs to get help, and she told us that she made that decision because of the other guests staying in the hotel who had more than 2 guests to a room and that there was nothing she could do.
It would have been nice if she could have taken the time to let us know this as we were checking in. Going up to the room and then having to come back down seemed unfair and it would have taken her 5 minutes to explain the situation to us. Instead we stood there looking foolish asking about the room we booked and being told there was nothing that could be done.
Other than that. The hotel was very nice and closely located to where we needed to go for that weekend.
