Convenient location next to interstate. Generic, institutional box room with loud a/c units and plastic pillow cases and comforter. Perfectly ok for a rest off the interstate but nothing special.

I was told the rooms would be cleaned everday and they were not. Kids were up before 7am running up and down the hallway above me.

Very unhappy with stay.

The worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. And I’ve stayed at many. Ceiling leaked on me while I was in bed. No rollaway beds available (just two for the whole hotel). My youngest had to sleep on the floor. No soap or shampoos in the room I was moved to. Bathroom had hair in the tub and on floor. Breakfast was bare minimum. Furniture in lobby and dining area coming apart. No waters available at desk. Packaging tape holding elevator moulding in place. The only positive part of our stay was the evening desk person. She was very kind, but also having to deal with many complaints and building problems last night. But she was as helpful as she could be with everyone.
