I have been a guest at Best Western for going on 2 weeks. I have stayed in many hotels in Greenville and I must say this has been my BEST experience so far! The staff is very accommodating, friendly, and goes above & beyond to make your stay as perfect as can be! The room was very clean! Housekeeping is very friendly and accommodating as well! They do not start banging on your door at 8-9 am like most hotels, they give you your privacy and option to clean if you prefer, while providing any necessities and are as polite as can be! The front desk staff is AMAZING! working diligently to accommodate you in anyway you need! And the breakfast is delicious! The staff member that cooks the food makes sure the buffet area and cafeteria stay very clean at all times and is a ray of sunshine to see early in the morning! Greeting every guest and making sure they enjoyed their breakfast! I would give the hotel as a whole, from the property to the staff to the rooms and food TEN stars if I could! Thank you to EVERYONE for helping make such a hard time in my life so much easier to go through!

The pools was clean and in good shape, rooms are tidy but dated (however currently under reno so I’m sure finished rooms are nice) just an awkward spot to walk to dining with the traffic volume. Top Golf is next door so there’s an evenings entertainment that is walkable. Airport shuttle was efficient and timely. Limited breakfast options same as everywhere else anymore, good value for the price point.

This is a real creepy place. Checking in was weird with 1/2 the lights on in the lobby. The location is next to the interstate and noisy. The rooms are completely outdated and I didn’t even want to take my shoes off in the room due to the dirty and damp feeling of age and mildew smells. I mean it’s cheap but wow…really bad

William, I promise you, it's not a creepy place. Our rates are low now because we are entering a 2 million dollar renovation and our rooms are not as good as they once were. The lights are off in the breakfast area when the area is closed after breakfast. Nothing creepy there. Come back and see us. You will be surprised in a few months. I'm sorry you did not like the current condition. We also are very excited for this renovation.
