Rough around the edges but has the basics for a cheap hotel. Came in clutch for the weekend ECU game. There’s a lot of stuff (restaurants/stores) around it. Would stay again.

I understand that the hotel was in refurbishment stage but the simple things matter.
Firstly I was given a second floor room even though I requested a first floor because of my sciatica, the receptionist on night duty didn't care. It was like I was disturbing his sleep.
Secondly there was human hair in the bathroom sink and shower.
My door wouldn't lock so i was upgraded to a suit next door #265. I had to find out how the AC works. Then the bathroom tissue ran out. There was no extra so I had to order online. The front desk didn't take the call and I wasn't going to go to the lobby with my paining leg so i ordered online with uber.
worst WORST 7 days i spent at a hotel

The best part was it was in the middle of everything food, shopping and where I had to do my business
