"This couples resort is amazing.my hubby and i went for my birthday.check in was rather easy.we went to our room and discovered there was a malfunction with our ceiling lights in the bedroom. We called the operator and within seconds maintenance came and told us the issue needed to get fix.i believe his name was Bart he was so understanding and genuine he called the front desk and within seconds we were transferred to the room next door.Bart helped us move our things and he even setup our fireplace.the champagne tower was beautiful the pool was amazing . I definitely would recommend this beautiful getaway"

"The king loft suite was awesome. The decor is somewhat dated, but the room itself was clean and the staff was awesome. The lobby and conference center are nice and updated but the rooms/hotel hallways could be improved. Has a pool and sauna but no hot tub. "
