My first room was dirty but they gave me a new room which was good.

The property was updated and clean. There seemed to dogs in the next room over that were barking extremely loud. I let front desk know but they didn’t do anything.

Property did not clean our room daily or at all during our 3 night stay, despite requests. Did not empty our trash during our 3 night stay. Had to request towels several times during our 3 night stay.

I called for confirming reservation and directions the person on the phone said there was NO reservation. So we went somewhere else and yet I was charged for a stay that never happen. UNFAIR. You and Expedia will NEVER have my business again

Everything was as anticipated. Nothing was above the ordinary except for the night clerk upon my late arrival. He was very welcoming, accommodating and efficient.
