There is no hot water on premises, this was not relayed to me when I checked in. Although they did offer to move me to another hotel, they said it was being worked on. When I returned to the hotel later, they said the problem was rectified and we will have hot water shortly. When I woke in the morning again, no hot water.

This was an isolated issue that occurred. To ensure the best interest of the guest, we offered to relocate the guest to our sister hotel adjacent to our property, but the guest declined. To uphold the standards of our brand, we will still continue to serve our guests with exceptional service.

Bathroom was a little run down. Rust around closet doors and fixtures. Overall decent. I arrived too late to know about surrounding areas
