The property is rundown and in an area which looks more suitable for criminal activity than families. It was so bad that I didn’t check in and booked a room at another hotel several miles away. Do not recommend this property!

Discourteous, in your face receptionist/person in charge.
Terrible, inadequate breakfast. Dirty towels from previous occupant left in bathroom. Handle fell off shower control. Torn fabric on chair.

Sink was cracked. Cold water came off. One of the bedding sheets was dirty. One of the towels was dirty. Roach in room.

Overall it was fine for an overnight stay. The front desk was AMAZING and so personable. Pool was in bad condition and not usable, but rooms were very nice. Our big issue was with the cleaning staff that begged for a tip and literally followed me to my vehicle continuing to ask for one.
