Clean, friendly and helpful staff,very comfortables bed, beautifully decorated rooms. While TVs were nice and new, Satellite TV was horrible, Ice machine (which was located in warm laundry room) very slow to make new ice.

Need to be consistsnt with breakfast that is offered. They didnt have it everyday as advertised.

The property was in great condition. Staff was "too busy" to supply extra towels or have good customer service.

Shower head leaked badly. Water spilled on the floor . Iron didn’t work. Lobby floor was super slick after mopping and there was not wet floor sign plus mopping before checkout doesn’t make sense
