Came out to stay close to a job site however the job feel through and because I didn't know until after 11am the first day of the stay I was told they would not refund me for the 2nd day of stay. Also the room is out dated, people slamming doors all night long, and the alarm clock made noise all night long.

We had to wait 35-45 minutes for someone to come to front desk, and it was a good bit of us trying to check in. They didn’t apologize, or try to offer anything off our rooms. There was no hot water in our room at all. Please do better! We noticed in the kitchen there was a dirty spot on the floor leaking from oven to floor.. I will say clean sheets, and bed was soft.

Overall property and room was nice but check in was at 3 and my room wasn’t ready then which was pretty inconvenient.

I called the reception to let them know that there was no hot water and a lady just told me that she will send someone later tonight, we are very busy and they never came and I had to go to a friend's house to take a shower.
