It was obvious that there are parts of the hotel being remodeled. Starting with the positives - the room we had appears to be one that had been remodeled. The staff we interacted with were all friendly and accommodating. There was no working ice machine. There was no phone in the room. The beds are made with a flat sheet over the mattress pad and a thin 'blanket.' Since there was no phone we had to go to the front desk to request a second blanket. I am hopeful that once the remodeling is complete, these other concerns will be addressed.

The carpeting in the hallway was dirty and needs to be replaced. The building seemed old and in need of rehab.
