Had a nice one night stay here to break up the long journey back home, very clean, friendly staff and great value for money, loved the views over the River Clyde, next time i visit family in Dundee i will definitely come back for another night stay.

Very good value for money. Basic accommodation
but clean. Situation on the river bank with lovely views, nearby a place for eating and drinking looking out onto the river.. Supermarket opposite accommodation.

Terrible.
Stay away of this property...
When we arrived, we found bedding was in terrible condition. I looked like someone already been there. Toilet did stink, shower wet - looked like just someone been there. And, we could not get refund, bec they provided video, which staff did after our leaving.
Would not recommend it...

HiWow thank you so much for this, and all over you not reading the description properly and assuming we are a HOTEL that gives away rooms at the prices we charge , then imagine when you found out we had the audacity to have you share a kitchen !!!! The video was taken within seconds of you leaving for exactly this !!!!! oh and it is timestamped !!!!

It was ideal for a couple of nights, but the shower wasn’t ideal as the water overflowed into the whole of the bathroom, the temperature control was quite poor too as it was either freezing cold or boiling hot.
