They would not refund my reservation 10 Fays out!!!!! That just not right!!!!!!! They suck!!!!!!

Hello there, I am not sure what this is about. But who have you spoken to by chance? A call center? Expedia? Or the hotel? Was this a prepaid, special rate, nonrefundable? We will try to look into this and see what the story is. I am sorry to see that you are upset. We do appreciate all of our guests and certainly want them to be happy. We regret that you are not able to come stay with us. We are confident that you would love our property.
