"From the start of our trip to the end, I cant not recommend Chartreuse Le Logis La Montagne Allemans, Dordogne, France. enough. Very friendly and welcoming owners who could not do enough to make our stay fantastic. Always greeted with a smile. In a fantastic setting, very peaceful and pituresk. Will defiantly be coming back. "Location was perfect and check in and parking we're easy. It's an old building which has been tastefully decorated. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Great shower. Would have liked and egg with breakfast. "

"The desk staff at this hotel was incredibly unfriendly. We booked two nights total, coming and going. On the second arrival the desk clerk was rude, confrontational and we learned later a liar. The location on the river isn’t worth the toxic environment created by the desk staff. There are better friendly alternatives."

"Very friendly hotel with an excellent restaurant, the food was beautifully presented and very tasty. Not a lot in La Coquille but was a good location for a wedding we were attending. Breakfast was good with tea available. Could do with a kettle in the room as there is nowhere around at night if you want a hot drink."
