"Ask was good except parking, it’s not very easy parking to check in, had do drive around a few to wait for an opening and then later your garage gate kept malfunctioning so I would have to walk all the way to the front desk to ask them to have someone look at it so we could leave. Also it’s not nice to make guests pay for parking, I think that should be included. Well it’s the way you do your stuff I was just surprised because we rent rooms in many states this was new to us"

"Functional and clean hotel without any flair. Paid parking is available right next to the hotel which is very convenient, but it's a walk of around 6-8 blocks to get to a point in downtown Omaha with restaurants. "I am from the Council bluffs area so when i checked in I was told I had to pay a $220 cash deposit which I got back in the morning, but I didn't know about it till check-in. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. The shower was a little outdated, the bathroom was kind of little but clean.
