The entire property felt a little sketchy. The room and lobby smelled weird. They only had a few pieces of fruit, dry muffins, and bagels for breakfast. Only saw the front desk staff twice the entire stay. Pool was murky and freezing and hottub was lukewarm. Very disappointed

Very minimal amenities. No cup or glass or ice bucket in the room. No plastic laundry bag. No pen or paper, no clock, Breakfast was minimal. Bagels, coffee and some fruit and muffins. Ice machine on the 4th floor didn’t work.

Thank you for giving us a review. We do charrish getting feedback for improvement but unfortunately the Spark brand hotel does not have microwaves in the room as we have two in our lobby for guest use. We also do not have ice buckets, cups or coffee makers as we have 24 hour coffee in our lobby available for all guests and disposable ice buckets at our desk for requests. Our Spark breakfast is our fresh endless bagel bar. As we understand these aspects are different than other brands and still very much appreciate your feedback, we hope to host you again at one of our Spark properties. Thank you!

Poor breakfast just bagels, no microwave in room and no ice buckets in room or cups or coffee maker

Overall good with room for improvement. An older hotel with a rushed face lift. The room door stuck open because of the carpet, a hook fell off the wall, weird paint smears. Ice machine on every floor but room didn’t have an ice bucket or cups (the front counter did provide on request). The free breakfast was a bagel bar and was great, the bagels were really fresh. The staff were great and although it is a bit of a hike it is walkable to Lambeau. Would stay again

It comes across as a budget hotel. The chair in the room was a straight backed metal chair just like the ones in the breakfast room. It looked like a shower chair. I wondered if they are still in the process of renovating. And the complimentary breakfast was only bagels, yogurt, cereal and fruit - no hot items such as eggs and bacon or sausage. I guess I was expecting it to be like a Hampton Inn, but it was the budget version.
