The property was (Just) okay, The bed was comfortable - BUT the top cover was stained/dirty. The guests could be heard clear as day in the hallway. My shuttle ride to the airport was 15 minutes late and I made it to my gate only 4 minutes before it boarded. Worth what I paid for? I guess.

We apologize for the delay in airport shuttle. During the early morning shuttle times, like the one we had scheduled for you, we utilize a 3rd party company to run the airport shuttles. We will follow up with our transportation company to prevent any future delays. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean, but the elevator was at the end of the hall from the lobby and front desk. Not very accommodating for people who are handicapped or the elderly. Other than that, we had a great stay at Hotel J!

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The hotel is very clean and my room as well. I would make my return to this establishment.
