After driving 4 1/2 hours and arriving after 1am, we were greeted by a front desk employee (by no fault of his own) with a letter saying that they had overbooked the hotel and were putting us up in a different hotel. We drove to the other hotel (down the street) to find the other hotel was subpar to say the least. Uncomfortable with the other hotel, we had to find another room in a separate hotel that ended up costing us over $230 (Luckily, they had ONE room left)
We never got a phone call or communication regarding the oversell and while the front desk employee was nice and friendly, we were completely caught off guard by the fact that we in fact DID NOT have a room .
Absolutely disgusting experience that I hope to never duplicate.

Couldn’t take a shower, the shower handle was broke.
The Service in the restaurant was bad for breakfast, the food was not that good .

It's a decent hotel, but definitely not worth the exorbitant daily rate for a small room just because of it being a game day weekend. Check-in process took 15 minutes because of a computer glitch. Bar/restaurant made it tolerable.

We stayed for two nights our room wasn’t cleaned and they made the bed and the bed sheet wasn’t even pulled up the trash can was left on the toilet, one Kleenex in the box did not replace it … staff very distant.. the pool was nice and hot tub
