This hotel was not what I booked. The pictures on line were of a completely different hotel. The staff were unfriendly and the room was dirty. The shower was broken and the facility fixed it with duct tape and thought that was enough. There was homeless people in the parking lot all night that the staff did not address. Overall not a good experience.

We have painted the exterior of the hotel and added stack stone as an upgrade to the exterior. I am sorry if you had difficulty with the sower controls as you can contact the front desk for using the shower controls as we don't use duct tape for repairs. Lastly we had alot of packer fans coming back late from the Monday night game that evening.

Location, staff, price, cleanliness are the things that I look for.
The only thing I found that was concerning was the economy hanger on the bathroom door had blood on it and there was a line of red on the door pretty visible.

The only thing I didn't like was having my room besr the front lobby and directly across from the soda machine. Lots of noise late into the night. But that's just an issue of the room location, and everything else was first class.
