The staff was very friendly and helpful, the amenities were great, it's a lovely boutique hotel.

This was my fourth or fifth time at the Zen Hotel. Very convenient location, quiet and safe; rooms all modern/remodeled and clean, great breakfast. Perfect for me!

Nice room and service. Good breakfast. The only personal negative for me was the mattress. Not enough support for me, but some people like that.
