I’ll start with the positives: I checked in very late and the staff was welcoming and quick. Bed and pillows were also comfortable.
With this being said, the property needs a lot of work. My room was 2 queens. I also believe it was ADA accessible. The bathroom needed the most work. Multiple tiles were literally loose when you stepped across the floor. Grout was broken all over and looked dirty because of it. Chair in room was ripped on back. The refrigerator made an awful noise that woke me up in the morning. The cupboard under the bathroom sink (which is where I discovered the hidden trash) smelled funny.
The convenience of the location and suite aspect could be great if this property was given a remodel.

Comfortable and clean

Apparently we got an updated room with a large new TV, however the TV was not connected to satellite so unusable. The wifi in the room was great, liked that we did not have to reconnect each day. Nice kitchen area and plenty of desk space. Friendly desk agents. Pet friendly.

Decent place, if you have no other choice. Not really much around close by for food or groceries. Only culver’s which has great ice cream but that’s about it. Suites are huge. Be nice if they had bigger than a 32 inch tv in them. Kitchen amenities are great but check your fridge temp. Ours was too cold and it froze everything in it, overnight.

Hey Wendy, thank you for your review. We are sorry about the fridge temp in your room. We will be sure to communicate that with our Head Housekeeper and Maintenance Engineer. We are working on switching out the tv's to larger ones, so they should be bigger soon! As for food or groceries, I know that we are a little down the road but there are options around us. The Front Desk Staff would have been more than happy to give you some suggestions. Although not in walking distance like Culver's, there is: Walgreens 0.9 miles, Ihop 0.9 miles, Old Chicago 1.3 miles, Lit'l Bit Bar & Grill 0.8 miles, Centerplace has a variety of shops and restaurants as well which is1.7 miles away. We even have a wonderful local brewery right down the road if you are craving a nice beer! Crabtree which is 0.8 miles from the hotel. I do apologize that you would only stay with us if there was no other choice, but we do hope that one day you will give us another shot. Thank you again for your feedback, we really appreciate it!

Having the laundry room connected to gym is genius. I can do laundry and workout while I wait.
