The only good thing was the friendliness of the cleaning crew and the location. The place was dirty. The shower was 21 inches by 21 inches and it was so close to the toilet you have to put your feet in the shower when you sit down on the toilet. The pictures online show the highly upgraded rooms only. We booked the standard room which was just terrible so we upgraded and honestly the upgrade should have been a basic/standard. It was still dirty. The tub was stained and the shower curtain was filthy. We asked for a blanket and was told to turn the air down. At one point the toilet backed up (which they did fix quick) but the SMELL!!!!

Comfortable enough bed

Minifridge in room
Well located for me
Cons:
Quite noisy at times
Pretty basic & tiny bathroom
Felt a bit overpriced, but then I was there over an August bank holiday weekend

Very loud outside at night, difficult parking. Otherwise, a very nice hotel and staff. Would definitely go there again!

We're traveling as a family of 4 and were given a quadruple room. -love the quadruple idea but there was almost no space to move even to get on the beds. The shower definitely needs a repair since shower head was broken and water splashed out over the curtain and flooding the floor. Location is great, close to everything! Hoping the facility improved over the time, I'll definitely go back to this hotel!

They charged me for breakfast. I thought it was included. Also, I had to ask on third day to clean room. They didn’t clean every day!

Nicely presented hotel with great breakfast option. Very central. Rooms were a little small but had nice balcony
