This is a lovely quiet location. Villa is spacious with 4 double bedrooms with AC. Villa owner is very attentive. 5 minute drive into busy Kos town with a plethora of restaurants. Large supermarket a two min walk.

Very nice and discreet guests, a family with children. Felt very happy that they all enjoyed the pool and garden area, also the house. Again, happy to have them stay at the house.

We stayed here for two weeks with family members joining us throughout our stay . We met the owner the day before and were shown around and given the keys . He left us tea , sugar ect and a nice bottle of wine , a nice touch .
The villa was spacious and comfortable with a good size pool , BBQ and lots of shady areas to relax in . The kitchen was well equipped with fridge freezer , dishwasher and cooker and there was a washing machine too . Sevantianos looked after us very well and sorted out a problem with a shower quickly . We enjoyed our stay and it felt like home , the cat will be missed and I’m only sorry I didn’t get a chance to say goodbye before we left .

we were in this villa for ten days. all was good but i want to mention the great experience we had with the owner. A very special person that gave to us a real proof of greek's hospitality making those days a wonderful holiday.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt. Wir waren 2 Familien mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern. Es war mehr als ausreichend Platz, 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer. Der Pool ist super! Alles ist sauber, der Vermieter sehr nett. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen vom nächsten Ort. Ein Supermarkt ist aber fußläufig erreichbar. Nach Kos Stadt sind es ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Zu den schönsten Stränden sind wir zwischen 15 und 30 Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Very nice guests. I was very happy that they had a good time in the house during their vacation and loved the fact that the children too enjoyed the pool and garden area. I would definitely have them here again.
