This property is stunning. We were a family of 4 that stayed for 5 nights. The interior was clean, comfortable and stylish with AC when you needed it. Quality and thought went into this place. You felt transformed to another place. The castle is right next door so you know you are sitting at the very top of Santorini. Instant relaxation. The villa was stocked with food and beverages for our convenience. This was very helpful. The basics like juice, milk, bread, butter were included. Wine, beer soda, nespresso were charged extra based on consumption.
The 2 pools were amazing. Plenty of shade with the big umbrellas. The sunset views are the best on the island. No need to go anywhere else.
Do use their transfer service to the airport.
A big shoutout to Eva who arrived everyday to straighten up, give advice and manage details that made our trip easier and stress-free. She is a delight.
We highly recommend this place.
Ps- 10 minute walk of stairs to town where you will find groceries, restaurants and shops.

Beautiful accommodation at perfect spot in Pyrgos. Magnificent views over the whole island. We stayed very comfortably in the Katoy appartment with our three teenagers.

Lovely villa, exclusive feel & stunning views!
Posted 10 Jun 2015 on HotelsOur vacation at Villa Fabrica was perfect! The villa is gorgeous: exclusive touch, beautiful, neat style, peaceful, no unpleasant surprises. Hays furniture, Korres cosmetics - high quality over all. Service was also excellent and very helpful.
It takes max 5 minutes to walk up to the villa from the parking slot, with regular health condition it's not a challenge (not even when 5 months pregnant) and the staff helps with the luggage. The walk is quite steep though and there are many levels on the outdoor area of the villa, so I wouldn't recommended it for people with physical limitations nor small children.
The view from the villa's terrace is stunning, you can see almost the whole island and the sunset is amazing (I prefer to watch it at the villa's terrace over the crowded, over-touristic town of Oia).
The small village of Pyrgos, is cute and authentic. Try Selene (the fine dining side of the restaurant), Cava Alta and the small corner café Brosco under the trees in the small square. Don't try Señor Zorba. Wine tasting at Santo Wines is well concepted, but if you're really into wines, try also Hatzidakis (especially their mavrotragano was a highly positive surprise!). Santorini Brewing Company close to Kamari Beach produces great craft beer.
A must do is a catamaran cruise by Triantafillou (the staff will help to book it). You can swim in hot springs, see the incredible landscape of the island from the sea perspective and enjoy a delicious lunch.
