Close to bus stops and restaurants. Comfortable, quiet accommodation & setting. Kitchenette was great to have.
My only negative is that the pool bar was never open which was a shame as we would’ve frequented that too.

Studios Ritsa is clearly very well cared for and is in exceptionally good condition. Our first impression as we arrived was overwhelmingly positive - both the outside and interior of the property were beautifully clean, fresh, and well maintained. We received a warm welcome and the location couldn't have been better - we were only a few minutes' walk from the main street in Skiathos, yet the property felt tucked away and private. The pool was great (if a little cold!) and it was so useful having a kitchenette in our room. The room itself was perfect and we felt really well looked after, with daily cleaning and regular change of towels and bedding. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who asked!

This is a great location. It’s within minutes of shops & restaurants, but it is on a quiet street. The rooms are clean & we had everything we needed for a great week.

This is not a large place, maybe 15-20 rooms and one lady takes care of everything. She does the housekeeping and mans the pool bar. As for the housekeeping she came in every day. If we left washing up she did this for us, she made the beds every day, cleaned and swept, replaced the toilet rolls and threw away rubbish, she also changed the towels if they were wet/dirty and generally tidied up.
Ritsa does have a pool and a nice on at that. Its 1.8M at the deep end and 0.8M in the shallow end but it does get deep quickly. They had no problem with us using inflatables. There were about 10 sun loungers and 6 or so chairs around the pool. However on most days we were the only people using the pool. They don't do meals at Ritsa so you will need to get a takeaway (or delivery - a number of places do this) or eat out. The pool bar does soft drinks, beer, wine and spirits as well as crisps and snacks. The prices are reasonable compared to other places. A large beer was €3.50.There is no check-in desk to speak of, at least not manned. The housekeeping lady will give you your key. The 'reception' area does have plenty of space to leave your bags on arrival and departure and a sofa and large TV. There is also a large selection (mostly not English) of books which you can use during your stay. On the ground floor are some toilets (which oddly don't lock) and showers. Overall though the grounds were just right and with no early morning towel placements or fighting for sunbeds.
