In a quiet spot very close to the beach.
Posted 3 Oct 2017Accommodation basic but fine although there was no hot water in the room when I was there...would still recommend though because the owner is a very nice lady... a hotel is currently being built in front of the place which is a pity...

We had a wonderful holiday in Studios Kydonia. The staff was very friendly and they provided us with useful information and always had a nice word and a smile for us. The pool is wonderful, a guarded beach is not far (+ there are free sunbeds and sunshades) and some nice restaurants are about 8 minutes walk from the studio. It takes about 5 minutes to get to a bus stop. Our apartment (for 2) was well eqiupped, very comfortable with a nice side view to the sea.

A perfect place to stay
Posted 28 Jun 2013 on HotelsWe couldn't have found a better place to stay, peaceful , relaxing, the rooms are very spacious, well equipped and kept spotlessly clean. The garden is very pretty and beautifully kept by the owner who is very friendly and helpful without being too obtrusive. We certainly wouldn't hesitate to book this accommodation again.

Posted 16 Jun 2012 on HotelsWell, I was due to stay 14 days but I left after 4 partly because I was the only guest in the place ( with no signs oanyone else coming to stay there), and partly because their advert states they had bar and restaurant there. This is entirely untrue and so I moved to a much better busier place nearby. Studios Anthea where I moved to was excellent. On the beach and with pool, bar and restaurant made it a great place to stay.

Sengen var hard, stod i beskrivelsen, seng med overmadrass, det var igjen overmadrass. Da jeg har problem med ryggen valte jeg og flytte etter 8 dager . Var gammelt og noe slitt hotell. Hvis man vil ha ett stille og rolig sted,helt greit.

Graziosi Appartamento a Platanias
Posted 3 Aug 2018Camere semplici dotate del necessario(se volete tutto andate in un 5 stelle). Condizionatore e piccola cucina con mini frigo e lavello. La sig.ra Tonia è gentilissima e pulisce tutti i giorni e cambia la biancheria 1 volta ogni 2. Piscina,Silenzio a 2 metri dal mare. Ottima qualità/prezzo. 10 minuti di auto da Chania. Saluti e grazie

Koslig plass med fine leiligheter, rent og pent.
Flere spise plasser i gang avstand fra hotellet

Posted 12 Aug 2017 on HotelsBei unserer Ankunft wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer selbst war einfach und sauber. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern war der Geruch jedoch unerträglich. Die Fenster sollten dennoch geschlossen gehalten werden, da es keine Insektengitter oder Ähnliches gibt, was dazu führen kann, dass man - so wie uns geschehen - ausgeraubt wird (Handy und Bargeld).
Bei unserem Studio handelte sich um einen großen Raum, der im Schlafbereich über keine Fenster verfügte. Die Sitzmöglichkeit vor dem Zimmer kann durch einen Sonnenschirm in den Morgenstunden bei starker Sonneneinstrahlung trotzdem genutzt werden, jedoch wird das kleine Stück als "Durchgang" zum nächsten Balkon und Putzutensilien genutzt.
Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde der großzügige Pool von einer Gruppe trinklustiger Gäste bevölkert. Der Strand ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Sonnenliegen und Schirme gehören zu einer Hotelanlage, die man aber bei Konsumation benützen kann.
Tavernen und Minimarket sind nach wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Ich gebe nicht zu, dass es in meinem Geschäft gestohlen wurde. Ich habe das mit der Polizei besprochen und mir versichert, dass dies nicht geschehen ist. Diese tun, um Geld von Versicherungsgesellschaften zu sammeln. Es ist nicht möglich, am selben Tag zu spät zu kommen und sie sofort zu stehlen und die Polizei zu stören, ohne den Besitzer zu benachrichtigen, der gleich unten wohnt. Wo fanden sie die Telefone? So gibt es einen organisierten Plan von ihr. Und ich empfehle, was sie tun, ist nicht richtig.Auch in deiner Kritik musst du die Wahrheit sagen Sie sagen, er hatte keine Fenster. Das Zimmer hat 2 Fenster. Einer auf der Nordseite und einer auf der Ostseite.

Pros: La cordialità e la disponibilità della signora Tonia; la vicinanza al mare; la tranquillità; la piscina; la cura del giardino intorno alla struttura;
Cons: Le indicazioni lungo la strada principale.
Location: A Gerani, località tranquilla, ad un paio di km dalla caotica Platanias, alla quale si può arrivare con un buon servizio di bus locali
Abbiamo soggiornato presso gli studios Kydonia per una decina di giorni, prolungando la prenotazione iniziale, proprio perché ci siamo trovati benissimo. Gli studios sono spaziosi, hanno tutti un angolo cottura attrezzato e uno stendibiancheria all'aperto, sempre nel proprio spazio. La signora Tonia è simpatica e accogliente:ci ha offerto delle bibite all'arrivo e ci ha sempre assistiti per ogni informazione o richiesta(per es. per noleggiare l'auto). La piscina è sempre pulitissima ed ha uno spazio più basso per i bimbi;il giardino, con i suoi alberi di limoni, è molto curato. La pulizia delle stanze e dell'esterno e' impeccabile. Il Wi-Fi funziona bene. Se si può, l'ideale è prenotare le stanze di fronte al mare.
