Staff was kind and helpful like the other hotels we’ve been to in Greece. However, the hot tub was cold and the area is very windy. You will get sick if you try the hot tub and they are unable to fix it. They will claim it is the proper temperate at “38 degrees” but after leaving this hotel and booked another one a few MINUTES of walking, the temperature was nice and hot despite the windy area.
We have attempted a refund as we could not even stay one day there but they declined multiple times and cheated us of our 4 other days without refund.
Additionally, it’s on the other side of the Caladera so the view isn’t the best.
Once they take your money, it’s GONE.

It's a great hotel, but a little far from the restaurants.

Nice place, away from the main hustle bustle. Management is very friendly and helpful.

Lovely suites located away from Oia but within 10/15 min walk. Supermarket next door.

We highly recommend this hotel. Although it is located outside off-limits to cars area, you can reach there by walking for a few minutes. Thanks to that, it is very quiet. The stuffs are very friendly and kind. Their services are perfect.

Very courteous, efficient and helpful staff. Rooms beautifully arranged. Access to jacuzzi and pool with some nice views. A short walk to all the local attractions and stunning scenery.

We recently stayed at Sole d'oro Luxury and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is exceptional. The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to help. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and very clean with all the toiletries you may need. The hotel's location is convenient, offering easy access to everything. We particularly enjoyed the view, which allowed us to enjoy the sunset, and the hot tub was a great addition—we used it a lot. Sole d'oro provided us a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would highly recommend it. Then you for everything 😀
