Faulty towers

Pros: The pool, also the family running the hotel were very friendly.
Cons: Everything was very slapdash, The running of the hotel and their professionalism left a lot to be desired. everthing could have been improved on.
Location: Location was ok, 2 restaurants very close by, and a five minute walk to shops bars, restaurants and a 10 min walk to the beach.
On the evening we arrived there was no running water in the hotel. Next morning when switched on we found that the toilet was leaking. Which we reported, the shower head was lime scaled so water didn't run properly, door lock broke on the second day. Which they replaced but toilet was still leaking. Door handle broke on third day and toilet was still leaking. Needless to say we were not happy! They moved us to a new room for our remaining stay. The family running the hotel were lovely but have no idea about running a hotel, they didn't communicate with each other or us. To top it all of the bar at the hotel was not licenced this year so we couldn't even get a drink while relaxing by the pool, we couldn't even get a soft drink as they hadn't botherd to re-stock.

Dear Nicola you are not the person to know how running this business any way!!! problems happen every wear any hotel but we never let people with out help or fix any problems the first day you arive we tell you if you have any problem or any help you want we are here to fix, so we have good services and the beace is only 5 min walking from my hotel 250 meters way .it is not right you write all this about my family and my business we are here to help or any imformation thank you
