The hotel is very simple but well organized, clean, well located, and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is fantastic and the accommodation is consistent with the price, simple but very well maintained, it has everything necessary for a good stay. The pool area is also very good, we liked it and recommend this hotel.

The bathroom is too small, and the shower stall barely fits a person.

The staff were very helpful and would go the the extra mile for you. The breakfast was great and plenty to choose from. Also the manager was sincere and helpful also the house keepers were very nice and always working hard, intact all the staff including the kitchen staff.
I was very pleased.

the staff on my arrival were very friendly and inviting, I arrived in the morning and was checked in straight away without any questions, or even having to ask for an early checkin. Michael was great nice to have a chat to and offering free advice on things to do. I would definitely stay agin if i come back to Rodes as the hotel is located in the best position for the beach and the old town.

Pearl hotel is closed, bad smell in new hotel
Posted 10 Aug 2021 on HotelsThe Pearl Hotel is actually currently closed (August 21). So on arrival you have to walk to a very close hotel which is owned by the same company called the Esperia City Hotel. This is apparently an upgrade as its a 3* as opposed to 2*. The facitilites are adequate, good strong AC and an excellent buffet breakfast. However the room absolute stunk of sewage and there are 2 plug sockets in the entire room which are already in use (for the world's oldest mini fridge and TV).
If it hadn't been for the awful smell I would have given this a higher mark. However, I really think it's a little immoral to be selling rooms on hotels.com for a hotel that is shut and appears to be nowhere near close to be ready for reopening.
