The hotel is very clean and has very friendly staff. Nice location is very important for us. It is very easy to access local bus , food store and restaurants

Clean place. Very near main market square. Very good views. Their open roof top Lounge has great views. For Fira, we felt, it is an ideal place to stay. Our check in experience was not good. We were informed that our room is upgraded, but the AC ( heating ) was not working. The next room we got was a smaller room, original booking was a Suite, we stayed in a standard room. We assessed later, that the photos on the booking platform are not of the actual rooms, they are a mix of various rooms. Which is not good at all. We had expressed this to the manager, but no response.

Nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a great view and a dining table. There is a jet-tub which serves as shower, but that is not very convenient and you have to be careful getting in and out of it. The restaurant was good, but only breakfast and may be lunch. Overall, good place to stay, but could use some updating.

The photos don’t do it justice! It’s beautiful, comfortable, and luxurious. We especially loved the hot tub and the views of the Caldera and sea.

Excelente vista, limpio, buena atención y servicio, incluir el desayuno fue una muy buena opción. Comercio y variedad de restaurantes cercanos. En fin, completamente recomendable.
