The owner is amazing place is amazing - u can walk right to the village in the port . Lots of restaurants are amazing. As a whole just a all around great experience

Beautiful view. Amazing breakfast. Wonderful rooms. The shower in our ensuite room was the best experience of a shower I'd had in a long time

I wanted to love this hotel but the air conditioning didn’t work very well and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve experienced on my trip so far. After spending the day hiking mount Zeus, I expected to sleep like a baby but the bed was so uncomfortable and the room stayed pretty warm even with the air conditioning on at full blast that I still couldn’t sleep. Very disappointing.

Fantastic stay!
Posted 5 Aug 2017 on HotelsThe owner was incredible! My husband and I got in to Naxos about 4.5hrs late and he came himself to pick us up from the port. The breakfast was wonderful and the location was fantastic! It was a quick 10minute walk from our room to the port and the whole walk was by the water. We would definitely stay at the Ocean View again!

Pros: It was close to the centre/port of Naxos where all the shops/restaurants are located. Free breakfast and great wifi and aircon!
Cons: Shower tends to overflow but not a major issue.
Location: Cafes, restaurants, residential area, little shops, public transport!
We had an enjoyable stay at Ocean View Naxos as it was in a great location only about a 10 min walk from the centre of Naxos! It is a little bit tucked away but I think that is nice as you get away from the bustle and are able to enjoy a walk into the town passing little cafes/restaurants and various shops. It is close to a bus stop which is good for getting around the island.
We were pleased with the cleanliness and feel of the hotel as well as great wifi access in the room and also enjoyed the aircon as it could get warm throughout the day. The free buffet style breakfast was a nice addition and there was something to cater to everybody.
Not much to fault really, it was suitable for three people who spent most of their day exploring the island and were looking for a place to sleep and rest after walking/swimming/eating in a comfortable environment with all the amenities you need.
Also great we were able to be picked up and taken to the port free of charge which meant saving on taxi costs!
A good price during the high season as well!
