Our stay at Naxian Collection was amazing. Our whole villa was pretty private, the area around is quite, villa is clean, staff was wonderful and always willing to help with anything we needed. Our villa was 2 stories, the second floor was a little muggy and the AC didn’t help much so we stayed in the second room downstairs. Overall, the view from the villa is beautiful, they also offer bbq nights (or other meals) that is cooked right in front of you at their outside kitchen area and you get to meet the chef who is super talented and sweet. In the mornings you have free breakfast included with your stay, you can also order lunch and dinner and eat inside or outside. Parking spaces available anywhere on the property. The pool was a little cold (for me) so I didn’t get in as much but is clean.

It was not what we expected with issues on amenities/services in the hotel. The draining system in the room was quite bad with waters running out of the bathroom in the bedroom area, we almost slipped several times. We asked extra towels for the water situation and extra toiletries that were not provided. The pool we had access to was without lights during the nights and they didn’t fix it with the justification of a blackout as the cause and they were rather awkward when we asked to use another pool that nobody was using during the night for us to feel safe saying we can use it for a few minutes when we paid to have access full time (the experience did not make us comfortable so we never did use it for a few minutes). Breakfast was good but limited in variety. We did speak with a couple of Greek staff that gave us good tips to explore the island and that was appreciated. Nobody bothered to ask during the stay and on check-out how our stay was.

5 star service
Posted 19 Aug 2023 on HotelsAlex, that checked us in was over the top accommodating. Arranged transfers, car rental, beach cabanas, took the time to show us on the map points of interest and gave us advice throughout the trip. He’s so passionate about Naxos and sharing it with us. Accommodations were also phenomenal. Hope to go back again

Lovely Relaxing Villa Hotel

Pros: Best of both villa & hotel holidays.
Cons: The breakfast became a little repetitive over a week, with little changes or options.
Location: Naxos (10 minutes drive ) for restaurants & bars. Beaches (Plaka is the best) for swimming & sunsets. Hit the mountains for relics.
The hotel (a collection of villas) is in between Naxos town and the beaches. It is twinned with a beach side complex in Plaka (about 15 minutes drive away). The villas are clean, spacious, with lots of outside space. The Naxian offers the best of staying in a villa (space, facilities, pool) along with the benefits of being part of a hotel (breakfast, local knowledge, room servicing). The dining space is bright, white and light, with communal tables and an outdoor space. The views from our villa was the town port (to the front) and the sea, mountains & islands to the rear. Its pretty idyllic. Theres a mix of guests from families, to honeymooners, to seasoned travellers - although all seem to be comfortable and catered for. The hotel do offer meals outside of breakfast, but they felt over priced (€20+ for a main), and the dining room lacks atmosphere (and customers) in the evening. There are so many different restaurants in town and on the beach, you would be foolish not to go out each evening to experience the multitude of (reasonably priced) cuisines available within a short drive.
