Additionally, if you began feeling unwell from the first day, it is quite possible that the virus was contracted prior to your arrival, potentially during your journey to us.We are always open to recommendations and advice to constantly improve the service provision offered however, we feel that your reviews are quite unfair given that the hotel was not aware of your dissatisfaction since all the issues you mention in your review have not been reported or during your stay, so it is unexpected for us to acknowledge so many negative comments.
