Τhank you for your comments, which help us to get better and better. All our "Sea-view studios" have a balcony with sea view (from the window of the room you cannot see the sea in all the rooms). The sea-view studios are located on the first and second floor. As it is normal, on the second floor you can see the sea from a higher level, and have a better view. However, the studios on the first floor have a wonderful view too. Unfortunately, trying to serve all of our guests, especially in the high season, a few times we are forced, to change them room. The change to your room was done for this reason, (and not in order to have a room with less good view of the sea), as your room was quadruple and you had reserved a triple studio. We are very sorry for this change of room, but we had to serve and the other guests who had reserved a quadruple room. Your preference to a room with a double bed or a room with 2 single beds, is subjects to the availability during your stay. About the cutlery and kitchen utensils now, sometimes happens, guests who have reserved more than one room, to carry them from the one to the other. A few times also, are lost or damaged and thrown to rubish. We have stock for these cases, and it is enough to ask for it. Nevertheless, we will probably have to check more often our equipment. We offer daily cleaning of the rooms, therefore no cleaner and items in order to clean the room are provided. Our property finally, is located in the countryside. Around the building there are trees, flowers and 1500m2 of grass. As a result of these, there are ants that we are trying to limit or if possible exterminate them. Sometimes this is not enough. But we will do our best for even better results.
