Poor choice
Posted 19 Jun 2019 on HotelsPlease stay somewhere else!!!! We stayed as a party of 4 with 3 rooms. Our room didn’t have hot water in the morning and their response was that we needed to wait until 9 or so. Our friend’s rooms, which were not near the office, had no Wi-Fi and it wasn’t addressed. The beds were hard, cheap and you were able to feel the springs. We were all sore in the morning. There was only a sheet covering the cheap mattress, no mattress pad or anything. If you are a couple and would like to snuggle this is not the place for you. The mattresses are on wooden framed boxes that when pushed together leave about an 8-inch gap. There is only a sheet as a cover and a thick winter blanket in the closet that didn’t feel like it had been cleaned for ages to cover up with.
I mistakenly made the wrong date and they charged us 50 euro, I understand that it was my fault but many times when someone makes a mistake and is going to stay, they don’t cancel, and they have rooms available, it is free of charge. The owners were not around very often but when they were there they said we had to buy all alcohol from them. Well maybe if we could predict when they would be around. Were we supposed to randomly guess when they would be there? They didn’t open the office at any regular time so if we had any questions they weren’t there to help. The maid cleaned only once during our stay and when we asked for towels another time when we came back in she didn’t do anything to tidy up even make the beds.

Nice quiet location but close enough to everything

Posted 4 Jul 2017 on HotelsFriendly, helpful owners/staff. Apartment had large balcony and separate bedroom with a/c. Clean and cleaner came in every 2 days to change towels etc. Kitchen is okay for making snacks and tea/coffee. Bathroom has full shower and plenty hot water.
Pool area has bar and plenty sun beds. Security boxes in reception area. Location is peaceful, safe and one street away from main road to Kos town centre. Walk 15/20 mins to centre with plenty bars and restaurants en route.
Excellent value and definitely would return.

The apartments are ideally located and peaceful . They are a 5 minute bike ride into kos. The rooms are spacious and spotless and serviced regular. The owners and staff are really nice.😀

Pros: its away from the main street; the swimming pool is clean
Cons: cleaning in the rooms. extraordinary that no one ever cleaned them!
Location: There's a bike-shop on the corner, when you can have a bike for 3 euros per day; excellent option: this part of the island is flat and has cycle paths
The hotel is nice and quiet; the swimming pool pleasant; the staff is really nice- but you never see them in your room! For three days no one changed the towels, gave soap, or took the rubbish out! Let me tell you, no one provided the toilet paper (apart from the welcome pack), either.
Disappointed
The kitchenette is a bit under- stuffed - no knife, the cutlery really child- size; no kettle, no salad bowl, only 1 socket in the kitchen area., so you can't have a coffee and cook your dinner at the same time.
The coffee-maker a bit rusty.
No tv in the room, or radio.

no breakfast.they said it was an apartment but there was no broom or soap or anything to wash dishes. So it was difficult to live there.

Clean and comfortable
Posted 10 Jul 2014 on HotelsWe stayed for three nights while going to my sister in laws wedding.
Our room was relatively basic but lovely and clean with air con and comfortable beds. The pool area had plenty of sun beds and was clean too, we were the only ones in it!!
Just down the road from a few eateries and the beach and handily located for meeting up with our family who we're staying at blue lagoon and atlantis hotels.
Had a good stay and would recommend to friends.

Family run, comfortable apartments
Posted 15 May 2014Our apartment was a perfect size for 2 of us, with spatious sitting area and bedroom a good size. Facilities were great too. We got bike hire with our rental which was so handy, the apartments are a short distance from Kos town and to a number of beaches so the bikes were great. It did take me a while to sleep well at night because of the dogs and cats making a noise, plus the pipes in the building are quite noisy but nothing too bad.
