Smell bad outside the room around the area, booked for 4 ppl but only 2 bedding set up. Variety of the breakfast item but overall not taste good. Easy parking and close to the shopping area

Nice clean room, close to the downtown with many shopping and eating options. The hotel had a great breakfast. The pool was great as well.

I've been traveling for 3 weeks now. This was my 5th hotel, unfortunately I have to say it is not a "4 star hotel".
Great breakfast selection (buffet)
Staff was amazingly friendly
BUT:
-Our room didn't look like the pictures online
-Shower didn't have a door, so all the water was splashing everywhere...the floor ended up dirty and slippery
-Most uncomfortable bed. I felt like I was sinking on it and it was soo squeaky
-Didn't change linens. My husband spilled a little bit of soda on the sheets. Next day when we came back to the room the bed still had the same sheets with the soda stain
-How come a 4 star hotel doesn't have water in the room mini fridge?
