Swimming pool - room with pool view and the taste of the food.

First night Karras gave us a room with a bad view in a little corner because they do not like young people. The room door would not lock and the toilet seat was broken. After arguing about safety over night they tried moving us to their sister apartments, local homes which is cheap and rubbish with no CTV or Staff. Then it turned out they lied and did have a room which they then gave to us after we rejected to stay somewhere else on the island. And night staff Antonio, big guy who does not answer calls and swears and shouts at you when you go to him and ask for anything. Karras has clean rooms but thats because staff walk in whenever they like to clean the room, even when you are half naked changing. They offer you complimentary drinks as for the rubbish service but nothing is delivered. This hotel is just another that want the money from old folks.

Honest opinion
Posted 22 Jul 2019 on HotelsThe day time staff were lovely and really genuine. Only issue was night staff as he accused us of making noise when we weren’t in the room. Also, food is not American style, it is basic and pretty much Pork every night. Do not go for all inclusive if you want meat and you cannot eat pork. Very selective vegetarian options apart from salad. Gym was nice and quiet. Room was clean but shower wasn’t the best, hot and cold mix every 30 seconds. Games room you need to pay to play - 2 euros for one game of snooker I believe. Soft drink options terrible and also bottled water is not part of all inclusive - they give you water but in a glass and that tasted horrible. Only good thing was room and very very very friendly staff who absolutely looked after you, but couldn’t change the other factors that made it disappointing.

Hotel isn’t qualified to 4 star

Poor value for money
Posted 29 Aug 2018At half the price I wouldn’t have minded but all in all the hotel was a big disappointment. Although there was a large selection at breakfast most of it was not very nice. The room although comfortable was certainly not 4* calibre. We had no shower gel or shampoo, only soap, although a couple of days later shower gel and shampoo appeared. The floors throughout were not particularly clean. On the plus side, its location is good, quiet and close to the beach, and walking distance to the livelier part of town.

Nice hotel
Posted 23 Aug 2018 on HotelsStaff were friendly, breakfast was good with a wide variety. Big pool which was great and the gym room was surprisingly ok. Lots of restaurants near by and the beach was a couple of minutes walk. Only downside was the pool closing at 7 apart from that was a great hotel.

Close to beach but bad strip location
Posted 4 Aug 2018Staff generally rude apart from cleaners. Long walk from the clubbing strip. Very basic hotel- not a 4 star. Pool was cloudy for several days.

Hotel is nice, close to the beach, very friendly staff, overall we had an amazing week there. Well recommended place:)
